Tom Fitzgerald II

Tom was associated with a law firm in Newport News for fifteen years. He then spent over a decade as a managing trial attorney with a major automobile insurance company. Tom has tried jury trials in every jurisdiction in Eastern Virginia, as well as United States District Courts in Norfolk and Baltimore. Tom now spends 100% of his practice inpersonal injury litigation and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Newport News Bar Association.
