About Peter Nosal

Before founding the Nosal & Jeter, LLP, Mr. Nosal was a Solo Practitioner concentrating in Corporate Law, Tax and Estate Planning & Litigation. The partnership with Mr. Jeter will allow both attorneys to fully serve clients with business and property interests in South and North Carolina.

Mr. Nosal also practices law as a JAG Officer in the South Carolina National Guard. During law school, Mr. Nosal was a Research Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Journal.  In law school, Mr. Nosal quickly developed an interest and aptitude for tax and business planning courses.  He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Income Tax and was a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court.

He spent his first summer working for a small litigation firm and his second summer with a larger firm that specialized in tax, estate, and business law.  Mr. Nosal’s unique educational and professional experiences will enable him to formulate an effective and efficient solution to the issues you encounter with your estate or business plan.  He is an experienced and proficient drafter who will work to insure your personal liability is limited, your wealth is efficiently transferred, and you are aware of all potential tax issues.
