About Mark Springfield
I used to believe that I could best serve my clients by being the most skilled attorney in the courtroom. But after years of battling with other attorneys in litigation matters of every kind all over the State, I came to realize that regardless of my skill in the courtroom, the courts and the adversarial process are simply not equipped for reaching great resolutions for interpersonal disputes. Courts may be okay at deciding who does or doesn’t go to jail, but not at deciding family matters, such as how time with the children will be shared by parents living in different homes.
