Gideon J. Miller

Associate at Insler &Hermann, LLP. Since joining Insler & Hermann, Gideon has represented numerous claimants in Social Security Disability. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases with differing medical and mental health issues. Gideon recognizes that each claimant is an individual, and therefore tailors his representation so as to best serve each client.

Prior to joining Insler & Hermann, Gideon worked for the Offices of Clinical Trials and Industrial Liaison/Technology Transfer at New York University School of Medicine. While there, he gained extensive experience negotiating and drafting clinical research and related contracts. Gideon obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, double-majoring in English Language & Literature and Government & Politics. While attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Gideon worked at a boutique civil rights and personal injury law firm. He also participated in Cardozo’s Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, where he got his first experience in Social Security Disability, successfully representing a claimant at a Hearing before the Social Security Administration.
