Joe Lipsky

Joseph I. Lipsky is a second generation South Florida Attorney, following in the footsteps of Michael A. Lipsky, his father. Mr. Lipsky is also a fourth generation native of South Florida. Mr. Lipsky’s family was one of the founding families of Key West, Florida.

Mr. Lipsky is a graduate of the University of Florida where he graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations. Mr. Lipsky achieved his Juris Doctorate from The St. Thomas University, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice.

Joseph became a trial attorney specializing in personal injury and accident cases, after he was the victim of a life altering car accident, which caused him to undergo numerous surgeries and years of recuperation. Having lived through the trauma of an accident and going through the medical care necessary to move forward with his life, Joseph realized that his efforts would be best spent helping other accident victims put their lives back together.

Since graduating law school more than twenty years ago, Mr. Lipsky has achieved a level of success in his practice of personal injury trial work which resulted in his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a society of trial attorneys reserved for those who demonstrate their skills by resolving cases for their clients with jury verdicts and settlements in excess of one millions dollars. As listed on “Our Successes,” Mr. Lipsky has, through hard work at trial, helped numerous clients achieve many multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements.
