Passion for Customer Service

Two of the careers that I always wanted to do all along was, to be an officer in United States army and to be an attorney. My father was an attorney. He kind of inspired me, and he also worked for the army. I’ve been so fortunate to be able to do both.

Having been able to be commissioned in the United States army through Army ROTC, and then go on to law school, and be able to stay in the United States army reserve while I pursue my career. It’s been very enjoyable to be able to do both.

One of the things that I stress is customer service, being keeping clients informed on what’s going on with their case, returning phone calls, and doing quality work, so the clients know that they’re going to be taken care of.

One of the things that I stress with my staff, is to be there for our client. So if our client needs something and they need questions answered, they need to know what’s going on with their case, what to expect, we’re there for them.

We want them to know what’s going on with their case, we want to keep them informed, we want to be able to answer their questions. Prospective clients can call my office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We always have someone available to answer the phone, and we always stress getting back with them right away.

Because one of the things that’s important is, if someone has a case for us to get started on right away. I’ve had situations where a client maybe have waited too long or waited a long time to call us, evidence can be destroyed or lost, or they’ve already given information to the insurance company that the insurance company is now twisting around to use against them.

So it is important to call us right away after being involved in an accident, so we can get started on that.
