We’ve had very, very strong comments. Most of the feedback I get is very passionate actually, I’m very surprised at it, sometimes when I even ask for client reviews. That was part of my role too, was trying to ask for reviews, and I would get some very passionate feedback. A lot of people would say things like they weren’t sure how to work with an attorney, they’d never had to be with an attorney before, and they’re very, very thankful. I think the word “bulldog” got used more than I can count. He’s the bulldog, he’s the one who really got things done. That was the general theme I kept hearing over and over again from a lot of clients. I think a lot of law firms are struggling right now, trying to figure out how to differentiate themselves.  Quality speaks for anything. I know a lot of people that can do all sorts of buzz and do some marketing spin, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t have quality that backs it up. You can’t take that away. You can’t change that with anything that you do, you can’t change it with any marketing. You can only be as quality as you are, and I think people spot that in him.
