But when you see the results in your client’s lives that you have done, and you realize that if they would have chosen another attorney, most likely they would not have their children, they would not have their business. Building a Winning Case with The Shaw Law Firm

I do two things with my clients. First, my biggest challenge is for my clients to understand the process, because if we’re going to win the case, they have to stay in the fight with me. Sometimes there are a lot of frustration that goes with things. Sometimes you feel like you’re not winning, you’re losing. But really, in the scheme of the process, you have to hold the fight until you get in front of the judge, and if I can emotionally work with my clients that way, we’re going to get great results. The second aspect is, I get every bit of evidence and facts I can get from my client, because I cannot rely just on my client. I have to take what my client gives me, what their witnesses are going to say, and objectively look at the evidence so I can put together a case. It is my job as my client’s attorney to figure out what we can and cannot do, not just based upon what they want to do. So we go in, we are generally better prepared than just about everybody else that we’re going to go in front of. My skill I bring to the case and my attitude are qualities that I’m most proud of.
