Lemon Law Case Arbitration

California lemon law does have arbitration. That’s something that the consumer can do on their own, without a lawyer. Sometimes it might work, and sometimes it doesn’t. My experience is, after doing California lemon law cases for 20 years, that the very best thing a consumer can do is to call an experienced, competent California lemon law attorney. It doesn’t cost anything. You call me on the phone, I’ll review your information. I know who to contact, whomever the manufacturer is, and I’ll get the right information out, and I can get that case resolved probably faster than anybody else could, even if you went to arbitration or not. When I get a case, I do my best to resolve that case as quickly as possible. I want to talk to the consumer, explain to the consumer what their rights are under the California lemon law, and get that thing over with and done, as quickly as possible, so they can move on with their life, because I know it’s really important.
