I’m a lawyer here in the city of Houston. I’ve been practicing law for 32 years.

Understand what’s different about my firm. First and foremost, we’re a boutique firm. We’re pretty selective in what we take. We don’t take every case that walks in the door. If you’re charged with criminal trespass, probably not going to help you.

Types of Cases We Handle

If you’re charged with a speeding ticket, or with a minor in possession, or something a over at the municipal courthouse, we’re probably not the right firm for you. In fact, if you’re charged with most misdemeanors, we may not be the right firm for you. We focus our emphasis on larger, more complex, and usually financial oriented offenses. Cases that involve mail fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, Medicare fraud, and the like.

We’re not a one stop shop. We’re here to focus on and to assist clients that we have the right relationship with and that we can best serve those clients. We don’t stretch ourselves too thin. We don’t have appearances in six courts in every morning. We’re not in three different counties on the same day. If you hire my law firm, you’re going to get my law firm’s attention on your case.
